NBC’s The Blacklist has officially moved to its new night and time and will be paired up with their newest drama Allegiance.
Last week’s episode was full of chaos and torture and a new villain on the list by the name of Luther Braxton (Ron Perlman), who took over a top-secret detention facility in order to gain access to certain files regarding our country’s national security.
With the team stuck inside and Red unconscious after the boiler room explosion, Cooper has to go head-to-head with the CIA in order to get his people out.
We finally know a little bit more about what the hell the Fulcrum is! According to Red, it’s a “blackmail file; proof of the existence of an extraordinarily powerful clandestine organization. If their activities were made public, some of the most powerful and influential men would go to prison or be executed.” Whoa! That’s one serious blackmail file. Apparently, the way to find the Fulcrum is located inside the detention facility, which is why Red surrendered himself in the first place, so he could stop Braxton from breaking out. The most interesting piece of the puzzle though, is that Braxton can’t get to the Fulcrum without Liz. We’re still figuring that part out.
The Blacklist airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
