Looks like Pearson Specter Litt gets to keep their name on the wall.
Only one episode into the fifth season and USA Network has already renewed their hit series Suits for a 16-episode sixth season, making it the show’s earliest renewal to date.
The series, which premiered last week, opened to 3.4 million total viewers and 1.3 adults 18-49 in Live+3.
“Suits has set the bar high in every way and continues to be a strong performer and marquee property for USA,” said Chris McCumber, President of USA Network. “From the incredible on-screen performances and brilliant writing to the aspirational lifestyle portrayed, we look forward to continuing to bring viewers into the world of Suits every week.”
“Suits has delivered a smart and sexy roller coaster ride for five seasons,” said Jeff Wachtel, Chief Content Officer, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment and President, Universal Cable Productions. “[Creator] Aaron Korsh has some great surprises for the audience at the end of Season 5 that should really set future seasons on an exciting new course.”
Suits airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on USA Network.
