‘Timeless’ Heads to the 80’s in “Karma Chameleon”

Oh, Timeless, how I love you so. The time-traveling drama is heading back in time to the 80’s where Wyatt and Rufus go on a rogue mission to save Wyatt’s wife and stop her killer from being born. He’s been talking about this for quite some time and even though Lucy has advised him not to on multiple occasions, why would she get to save her sister and he can’t save his wife?! I mean, it’s a great question. But also, how is his wife going to affect the future? But how does the Hindenburg change the fact that Lucy’s sister wasn’t born and her mother is healthy? We’ll never know. Or will we? God, I hope so.

Meanwhile, Lucy has to find a way to stop them from doing something catastrophic but how can she when they left in the lifeboat without her? She has to cover for them as long as she can before Agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) does something about it and Anthony Bruhl (Matt Frewer) makes a crazy confession.

Also, what’s happening with Rufus and Jiya? I can’t believe Rufus would tell Rittenhouse that he refuses to work with them and help them on future missions when he KNOWS that they’ll just replace him with someone else. And that someone else is none other than his now girlfriend and co-workerm Jiya! I mean, he knew she wanted to learn to pilot the lifeboat, what did he think would happen?

Would you risk the future and history for a loved one? Make sure to tune in and let us know what you think!

Timeless airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

‘Will & Grace’ Returning to NBC with 10 New Episodes

They’re baaaack! NBC is officially bringing back Will & Grace for a 10-episode run. The revival series will air sometime  during the 2017-2018 season.

Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally will return with original series creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan as showrunners and executive producers. Director James Burrows, who directed every episode of the show during its initial eight-year run, is also on board to direct and executive produce.

“We’re thrilled that one of the smartest, funniest, and most defining comedies in NBC history is coming back,” said NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt. “This groundbreaking series for everything from gay rights to social and political commentary — all disguised as a high-speed train of witty pop culture — is coming back where it belongs.”

Jennifer Salke, President of NBC Entertainment, added: “We started talking with Mutchnick and Kohan about producing new episodes right after they shot the secret reunion show back in September, and the fact that all four of the original stars were excited about getting back into production is a testament to the joyful experience they had doing nearly 200 episodes for eight seasons. Few things cut through the clutter these days, especially in comedy, and ‘Will and Grace’ is one of the best.”

Said Mutchnick: “Dave and I are absolutely thrilled about the opportunity to write what Will, Grace, Jack and Karen are thinking about in 2017.”

‘Emerald City’ is the Dark Trip to Oz You’ve Been Waiting for

EMERALD CITY -- "The Beast Forever" Episode 101-- Pictured: (l-r) Oliver Jackson Cohen as Lucas, Adria Arjona as Dorothy -- (Photo by: Rico Torres/NBC)

I don’t know about you…well, depending on how old you are…but I absolutely LOVED Return to Oz as a child and NBC’s take on the yellow brick road classic reminds me of that same dark and twisted version of Dorothy’s adventure.

Emerald City has so much color and life just like those ruby red slippers we all remember, except no slippers in this one. There are so many twists and turns and the fight between science and magic, you won’t want to miss it. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming 10-episode event series:

EMERALD CITY -- "The Beast Forever" Episode 101 -- Pictured: Adria Arjona as Dodorthy -- (Photo by: Rico Torres/NBC)

Dorthy Gale is played by Adria Arjona (True Detective). She’s Hispanic and breathes new life into the boring, frantic character who was always in a state of cry-talking in the original Oz. You know, when you’re talking and yet crying in the background at the same time? No? Ok, cool. Anyways, she kicks ass and it’s refreshing to see someone like her on my screen.

EMERALD CITY -- Season: 1 -- Pictured: Toto -- (Photo by: Michael Muller/NBC)

Toto is the cutest German Shepherd you ever did see! No yapping here, folks!

EMERALD CITY -- "Prison of the Abject" Episode 102 -- Pictured: Oliver Jackson Cohen as Lucas -- (Photo by: Rico Torres/NBC)

Scarecrow is played by the handsome Oliver Jackson-Cohen. Each of the characters are unlike anything you remember from the original. They’re dark and harboring some type of secret.

EMERALD CITY -- "The Beast Forever" Episode 101-- Pictured: Vincent D'onofrio as The Wizard -- (Photo by: David Lukacs/NBC)

The great and powerful Oz is played by Vincent D’Onofrio who wears a wig that’s just ridiculous. He’s trying to destroy all presence of magic in the land and basically starts a fight between the witches who we’ll get to in a moment.

EMERALD CITY -- "The Beast Forever" Episode 101 -- Pictured: (l-r) Oliver Jackson as Lucas, Toto, Adria Arjona as Dorothy -- (Photo by: Rico Torres/NBC)

The yellow brick road is actually trying to kill you! Sure, it looks beautiful in the picture above, but it’s all fake. It’s opium disguised as poppy pollen which is ridiculous since it’s such a long road. How will anyone survive???

EMERALD CITY -- "The Beast Forever" Episode 101-- Pictured: Ana Ularu as West -- (Photo by: David Lukacs/NBC)

The witches!! There are so many of them and the lovely Joely Richardson is such a fantastic edition to the series as Glinda. And let’s not forget about West, played by Ana Ularu, who totally reminds me of Fairuza Balk who was in Return to Oz…twist!

The first two episodes are sort of slow and you tend to lose focus on his storyline but that changes as you get into it.

I honestly don’t understand how the FBI keeps getting hacked and yet here we are…again. This week on Blindspot, an assassin infiltrates the FBI and our favorite bad guy Rich Dotcom (Ennis Esmer) is back for another fun-filled adventure. He’s also wearing a shirt that says Literal Garbage. I mean, this just makes me want to watch it even more.

So, back to this whole assassin situation. Someone is toying with Weller and his team and they don’t know who it is. He captures Zapata and next thing we know, Patterson is down. Is she hurt? She can’t be dead, right? The trailer has Weller yelling, “agent down!.” Ashley Johnson is my hero and one of the many reasons I tune in, so let’s hope all is well.

Meanwhile, Rich Dotcom needs help with something ridiculous, I’m sure. But what about Reade? Is what happened to coach Jones just going to go away? Zapata totally interfered with a crime scene and helped get rid of evidence. I mean, sure, they’re partners but come on.

Also, let’s not forget about last week’s episode where we found out Sandstorm has been watching Weller for like, 20 something years! Does Weller actually recognize Sheperd’s voice? Does he know her? So many questions!

Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Blindspot airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

The official synopsis for “Resolves Eleven Myths”:

RICH DOTCOM STIRS UP TROUBLE – – Rich Dotcom (Ennis Esmer) returns to the FBI when he needs help with a pressing issue. Also starring Sullivan Stapleton, Jaimie Alexander, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza, Ashley Johnson, Ukweli Roach, Luke Mitchell, Michelle Hurd and Archie Panjabi

NBC’s ‘Grimm’ to End After Season 6

GRIMM -- "The Beginning of the End" Episode 522 -- Pictured: David Giuntoli as Nick Burkhardt -- (Photo by: Scott Green/NBC)

Our favorite supernatural series is coming to an end.

NBC has announced that Grimm will return with its sixth and final season on Friday, January 6 at 8pm ET/PT.

The series will close with the battle we’ve all been waiting for: Nick vs. Captain Renard.

As for events leading into the final season, the nefarious forces of Black Claw have been silenced and Nick (David Giuntoli) faces an all too familiar foe in Capt. Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz). Now in the seat of power as the mayor-elect of Portland, Renard is poised to bring rise to his own brand of law and order. Nick must take a stand to protect his city and those closest to him, especially his child with Adalind (Claire Coffee). It will take the full force of Nick and his allies to find a way to bring the peace.

Meanwhile, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) grapple with bringing a child into a new and tumultuous world, and Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) faces unsettling identity issues as her former self-lurks below the surface. Russell Hornsby and Reggie Lee will also star in the final season.

Grimm reached the 100-episode milestone last season but was cut from 22 episodes to 13 for the upcoming sixth season which had us all wondering if it would even have legs for a seventh.

The series was created by David Greenwalt & Jim Kouf and Stephen Carpenter. Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner (Hollywood Game Night, Hot in Cleveland) serve as executive producers along with Greenwalt and Kouf. “Grimm” is a Universal Television and Hazy Mills production.
