TV Land Sets ‘Younger’ Season 4 Premiere Date

Our favorite show about a 40-year-old-woman pretending to be, well, younger, finally has a return date. TV Land has announced, via social media posts, that season 4 of Younger will premiere on June 28 at 10/9c.

TV Land renewed the comedy series, starring Sutton Foster and Hilary Duff, for a 12-episode second season back in June, prior to the season 3 premiere.

Younger follows 40-year old Liza (Sutton Foster), a suddenly single mother who tries to get back into the working world, only to find it’s nearly impossible to start at the bottom at her age. When a chance encounter with a young guy at a bar convinces her she looks younger than she is, Liza tries to pass herself off as 26 – with the help of a makeover, courtesy of her best friend Maggie (Debi Mazar). Armed with new confidence, she lands a job as an assistant to the temperamental Diana (Miriam Shor) and teams up with her new co-worker and 20-something Kelsey (Hilary Duff) to make it in the career of her dreams. Now she just has to make sure no one finds out the secret only she and Maggie share.

But things have changed and there’s a lot going on. Liza finally told Josh the truth but now he’s talking about having kids and Liza isn’t sure that’s something she wants. She also can’t deny the chemistry she has with her boss Charles. I mean, come on, he’s just so handsome! Let’s not forget the ex-husband that thinks he has a chance on getting back together with Liza. That hospital scene didn’t help since she was all doped up and thought she was talking to Charles and not David.

Younger is created, executive produced and written by Darren Star, with Tony Hernandez of JAX Media executive producing for TV Land. Dottie Zicklin and Eric Zicklin also serve as executive producers and writers on the series.

Let us know what you think should happen this season and if Liza should finally decide on this crazy love triangle that’s been going on.

‘Younger’ Season Finale Preview: “No Weddings & A Funeral”

"Younger" (Ep. 212 - Airs March 23, 2016)

There’s only one episode left of TV Land’s hit series Younger and it will give you all the feels! Trust me, you won’t want to miss it.

We were left with so many unanswered questions after last week’s penultimate episode, that honestly, no one saw coming. Will Liza tell Kelsey the truth about Thad? About herself? Thad’s sudden and oddly ridiculous death scene made Liza think about all the lies she’s been telling to herself and all the people around her that she loves. It’s got to be exhausting telling all those lies and not being able to tell her new best friends the truth about her life, her age and the fact that she has a daughter.

The season finale definitely makes things even more unsure about her future with Josh, with Empirical and her relationship with Kelsey.

Younger airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on TV Land.

And just because I don’t want you to be sad after the finale, here’s a little something to hold on to.

‘Younger’ Season 2 Premiere Preview [PHOTOS]

"Younger" (Ep. 201- Airs January 13, 2016)

I’M SO EXCITED FOR YOUNGER TO COME BACK! This show gives me all the feels! Plus, it’s smart, funny and Sutton Foster is just so darn likeable. I love this show so much it hurts!

Anyways, I digress. Last we saw, Liza had told Josh everything…her age, the fact that she had a daughter and he seemed to be okay with that. Let’s hope that he feels the same way this season because we wouldn’t want to lose him, well, unless Charles comes into play. But I feel that can only happen if Liza reveals her age to everyone at work. Or maybe not. So many questions!!

Liza will have to decide whether or not to tell her daughter Caitlin about Josh as well. That’s a lot of secrets to keep. The series was already picked up for a third season so Liza will have plenty of time to work it out 🙂

Younger premieres on Wednesday, Jan. 13 with two back-to-back episodes starting at 10/9c on TV Land.

Watch: First Look at ‘Younger’ Season 2

Are you #TeamJosh or #TeamCharles?!

I love Josh, but I really want Liza and Charles to get together. The only problem is that then she’ll have to tell Charles the truth. Not sure that’s going to happen…at least not right away.

Anyways, I digress. TV Land just released a first look at the upcoming season of their hit series Younger. Last we saw,  Liza told Josh the truth and they’re “starting over.” Awww how cute. Now we know Liza has to keep up the lie, but now she has to be two different people if Josh is in the room with Kelsey. I’m so stressed out right now, but I really need it to be January already!! Side note, do you think Josh can forgive her? I mean, he got a tattoo of a dragon on his arm…FOR LIZA! She’s not the year of the dragon! Ugh.

Younger premieres on January 13 at 10/9c on TV Land.
